Dr. Schutz Clean & Strip

1 Product Description Special cleaning agent for cleaning and stripping newly installed or heavily soiled vinyl, linoleum and rubber floors. Removes the remains of old care products, stubborn and adhesive residue.

  • Universal Floor Cleaner for all elastic floorings
  • removes even the most stubborn dirt from care products to adhesive residues
  • NTA-free 2 AREAS OF APPLICATION Vinyl, linoleum and rubber flooring. Gentle with low PH value, therefore particularly suitable for linoleum and rubber flooring. Please pay attention to our technical instructions specifically for floors and buildings under www.dr-schutz.com

METHOD OF APPLICATION Cleaning after installation: Remove coarse dirt with a sweeping brush or vacuum cleaner. Dilute Clean and Strip with water in a ratio of between 1:5 and 1:10. In case of particularly stubborn residues (e.g., in the commercial sector) use undiluted if required. For low levels of dirt adjust the strength of the solution as appropriate. Apply the cleaning solution to the floor area, distribute and allow to stand for approx. 10 minutes. Clean the floor surface using a scrubber. Take up the loosened dirt with a Spray Extractor with hard floor adapter or rubber blade and an absorbent wide headed mop. Mop the floor with clear water until completely clean. Stripping: Remove coarse dirt with a sweeping brush or vacuum cleaner. For domestic use, dilute Clean and Strip in a ratio of 1:5 with water. In the commercial sector, use in concentrated form or diluted in a ratio of up to 1:3 (depending on the resistance of the protective film), spraying the floor with clear water before use if necessary. The method of procedure corresponds with that described in the previous paragraph for cleaning after installation, although it may be necessary to allow a standing time of 15-20 minutes. Attention: Do not allow Clean and Strip to dry on the floor. For this reason, work in sections. Before stripping test sensitive floor coverings (e.g., rubber flooring,) check for colour and material fastness at an inconspicuous spot. If necessary, dilute Clean and Strip even more and apply several times using a short standing time. Wear rubber gloves during use and ensure that the rooms to be treated are well ventilated. Do not spray sensitive surfaces (e.g., wood, metal, varnished surfaces) with the cleaning solution.
